- All items will be shipped by UPS ground shipment or USPS mail.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes
- If shipping to the state of California, CA State Sales Tax will be added.
Products offered at this site are only available for delivery within the continental United States. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Cananda need additional shipping cost. Shipping rates are higher for packages sent outside of the continental United States. Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges which will be in addition to your order.

These charges are collected C.O.D. by UPS or USPS. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items will be shipped within five business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days. Products are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. UPS Expedite delivery service is available at an additional cost. UPS Expedite service is based on the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled in 48 hours, then shipped via UPS Expedite.

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our orders.

If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just send an e-mail to us in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days thru email. Returned products must be in their original package.

Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few days. (Restocking fees will be 30% of item price.)

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you. Please email us to us on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within 24 business hours of being ordered.

- For defective item (part), we are willing to replace the item (part) with no charge.
- All defective or non-defective item, customer has to claim within 30 days of receipt of the package.
- Because our profit is low, all replacement part(s) must be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Only.
