Your Agreement

By using our Web site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.


How We Use Information

Our site uses an order and registration form so that you can request information, products and services. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used to bill you for products and services.


Local Sales Tax

If the order is shipped within California State, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of California State. Purchases in our store are subject to a valid local sales tax. This tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.


Order Cancellation

Unshipped items can be cancelled free without any notice as long as the item was neither manufactured nor customized specifically for the customer. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. If you package has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the UN-OPENED package, even if the package is shipped prior to the "Expected Ship Date" on your order status. Credit will be issued upon receipt of product. The credit amount will be the full amount charged LESS 10% to help cover part of the cost that we incurs and original out-bound shipping cost. Original-Outbound shipping cost is NOT REFUNDABLE.


Shipping

  • - Pick-ups must be pre-arranged over phone or e-mail and is subjected to a handling fee on each item.
  • - Shipping cost will not be deducted for local pick up
  • - All items will be shipped to the address on your account. If you would like to ship to a different address, please contact us prior to purchase of any item.
  • - All items with a Notification of Payment received by 9 AM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the SAME DAY. Items that are paid after 9 AM EST will be shipped the next business day.
  • - Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipments will NOT be processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and major Federal Holidays.
  • - All items will be shipped by USPS or UPS for US continental 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada is available on select products for an extra charge, so please contact us for shipping rates to those locales.
  • - Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges which will be in addition to your order. These charges are collected C.O.D. by UPS or USPS. Seller is not liable for duty fees, brokerage fees, or any additional fees for International orders.
  • - We CANNOT ship to P.O Box, APO, and FPO.
  • - We do not offer any Expedite Shipment.
  • - USPS or UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address registered during check-out automatically when items are shipped out.
  • - Seller will use carrier of their choice


Warranty

  • - This product is covered by 30-day seller warranty from the date of package.
  • - Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery date for replacements and refunds.
  • - Replacements will be sent for products that are incorrect, missing parts, or damaged.
  • - If the claim is made past the initial 30 days, buyer must pay the shipping cost in order for us to send a replacement or cover the shipping cost to return the item back for a full refund.


Return Policy

    • - In the unlikely event, you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements with no charge after company’s inspection.
    • - If the buyer would like to return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • - Please email us to discuss the issue. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within 24 business hours after company’s inspection.
    • - To return all defective or non-defective items, customer has to claim RMA number within 30 days of receipt of the package, and items must be in original condition it was shipped.
    • - Partial returns unacceptable
    • - Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order.
    • - If buyer refuses a package because they do not want the item anymore, the item will be returned and the outbound and return shipping cost will be deducted from final refund amount. If the buyer is unable to retrieve the package and the product is returned to us, the buyer will need to pay the outbound shipping cost to have it re-shipped, or have the outbound shipping cost deducted from the final refund amount.
    • - We will NOT refund any of the original or return shipping costs. If the customer misses shipping carrier's multiple delivery attempts or decides to refuse package delivery, amount of refund will be the original merchandise price less all original outbound and return shipping costs. In any reason, original out-bound shipping cost is NOT REFUNDABLE.
    • - Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
    • - No returns will be accepted for the following conditions:
      ▪ Returning the items without a Order Confirmation Number
      ▪ The product has been used, hung or modified
      ▪ Items from custom order specifically requested by the customer
      ▪ Volume order totaling more than $ 500.00
      ▪ Purchase order for light bulbs alone do not qualify for returns
    • - All credit will be placed on PayPal/the credit card/Amazon account used for the original purchase.
    • Allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your (online) statement.

    • - We would like to state that we does not make profits on customer returns.
    • * Please note that failing to return the defective item will result in a charge of both defective and replacement items to your account.

      Call us and you will receive a RMA number. Please return the goods with the RMA number clearly mentioned. Package it well and send it to the address given to you when you call to get the RMA number."

  • - Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • - Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • - The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
  • - Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • - Send pre-authorized returns to the address provided by customer service representative.
